Symbolized by the Laçin bird form, the building was designed by Tekeli-Sisa architecture and built by Polimeks. In the interior design of the airport, which was opened in 2016, elements of Turkmenistan culture were used, while the requirements of an international terminal building and contemporary architectural approaches were not ignored. Similarly, the VIP building and parking blocks are symbolized by the bird form. TACER CEILING products, which were designed according to the appreciation of Turkmenbashi, the president of Turkmenistan, were also used in interior design projects.
